If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal in Austin specialized in patents, APPLY HERE! This position will support attorneys with various tasks across the patent litigation lifecycle.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Assist in case management and manage all phases of discovery and trial preparation.
- Assist trial support for large-scale productions and reviews.
- Prepare for and attend depositions and trials
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and organize client patent files, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a patent paralegal
- 3+years of experience in litigation in federal district court
- Strong understanding of the litigation process.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
